Point-to-Point Services Policy:
- Reservation and Payment: A major credit card must be used to secure vehicle reservations. All payments made for our services are non-refundable.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the designated reservation time. The full amount will be charged if a cancellation is made within less than 72 hours.
- Waiting Time: A 15-minute waiting time will be allowed after the designated reservation time. After this period, an additional fee will be applied.
- Prohibited Activities: Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited within our vehicles.
- Damage Liability: The client assumes responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests. A minimum sanitation fee of $350 will be charged, which may increase up to $500 depending on the extent of the damage.
- Termination of Contract: United Limousine Service Denver reserves the right to terminate the contract or expel a client or their guest from the vehicle if any of the terms mentioned above and conditions are violated. In such cases, the deposited rental fee will not be refunded.
- Late Arrivals and Factors Beyond Our Control: Our company cannot be held responsible for late arrivals caused by traffic congestion, unforeseen weather conditions, inconvenient road conditions, acts of nature, mechanical breakdowns, incorrect drop-off and pick-up information provided by the client, or any other similar situation that is beyond our control.
- Enforceability of Contract: If any part of this contract is declared or considered unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the agreement shall remain in effect.
- Vehicle Substitution: In the event that United Limo needs to substitute the reserved car, it will be replaced with a vehicle of the same or higher category but in a different color.
