Terms and Conditions

For airport transportation services a waiting time of 15 minutes will be allowed free of charge. After said 15 minutes an additional fee will be charged for each additional 15 minutes. We do not take any responsibility for termination or delay during winter due to any unforeseen situation like road blockages. Our company does not take responsibility for any possession left behind in the automobile. We are not liable for any mechanical breakdown during transportation services and will only take responsibility for the lost time due to the inconvenient situation. The client must assume complete financial liability for damage caused to the vehicle for the duration of the rental. The client must be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle either by them or by their guest or other parties present during the rented duration of the client. A sanitation fee of $250.00 will be charged under such circumstances.

Smoking or consumption of tobacco is not allowed within the vehicle. The vehicles are not allowed to carry more passengers than they are permitted to. Therefore, if a vehicle is designated to carry a certain number of passengers that capacity must not be exceeded. For domestic airport pick up clients are permitted 40 minutes to pick up luggage and meet the driver and for international flights, this duration is one hour. Contact us in case of passenger requires more than 60 minutes for international flights or 40 minutes for domestic flights to pick up luggage, then they must inform and update us regarding the situation while booking the reservation for the vehicle. However, after the completion of 40/60 minutes, a reservation will be considered a no-show in case no information has been delivered regarding the same.

Clients should be available to be contacted easily upon arrival. We are not responsible in case we are unable to contact the client. Make sure all information regarding the time of the flight and your contact details are accurate when provided to us and in case they are faulty or incorrect we do not take responsibility for that. In case of delay of flight after departure, our company tracks the progression of the flight of the client. We also determine the arrival of delayed flights through live tracking of the flight. If there are delays or in case you have missed the flight, let us know immediately to reschedule the reservation. If any such information reaches us too late then the reservation is considered a no show and the full amount is charged.

Our company does not take any responsibility for the termination of trips due to unsafe weather or road conditions, inconvenient weather conditions any mechanical breakdown.

Point to Point Services

  • A major credit card must be used for the reservation of vehicles. 
  • All payments are considered non-refundable. 
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prayer to the designated time of reservation. 
  • In case any cancellation is made within less than 24 hours then the full amount will be charged. 
  • An additional fee will be applied after 15 minutes of the designated reservation time, i.e. 15 minutes will be allowed as waiting time. 
  • Alcohol and smoking are not allowed within the vehicle. 
  • A client must assume responsibility for any damage cost to the vehicle due to him/her or his/her guests. 
  • A minimum sanitation fee of $250 may be charged and it can go up to $500 depending on the type of damage caused.
  • United Limo holds the reservation to terminate the contract or expel a client or their guest from the vehicle in case of violation of the above-mentioned terms and conditions under any situation. No deposited rental fee will be refunded in such cases.
  • Our company does not assume responsibility for late arrivals caused by traffic congestion, unforeseen weather conditions, inconvenient road conditions, acts of nature, mechanical breakdown, incorrect drop-off and pick-up information provided by the client, or any other similar situation that is not under our control.
  • In case this contract or any part of it is declared or considered enforceable, the other provisions of the terms of this agreement shall be upheld.
  • If under any circumstance, United Limo has to substitute the reserved car, it will be substituted by a vehicle in a different color of the same or a higher category.

Limousine Rental Agreement

  • A major credit card must be used for the reservation of vehicles. 
  • A receipt of an agreement, signed by the client, must be provided for all reservations.
  • All payments are considered non-refundable. 
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prayer to the designated time of reservation. 
  • In case any cancellation is made within less than 24 hours then the full amount will be charged. 
  • Consumption of cigarettes is not allowed within the vehicle. 
  • Complete or immediate termination of services and the contract shall be conducted in case of any transaction, sale, possession, or consumption of any illicit drug or narcotics by a client or his/her guests within the vehicle. No refunds shall be made.
  • A client must assume responsibility for any damage cost to the vehicle due to him/her or his/her guests. 
  • A minimum sanitation fee of $250 may be charged and it can go up to $500 depending on the type of damage caused, this may involve things like:
  1. Gum, beverage, or wine spillage- a minimum amount of $50.00
  2. Vomiting – a minimum amount of $ 250.00
  3. Breakage of glasses used for drinking– a minimum amount of $20.00
  4. Breakage or damage to electronic equipment and light – a minimum amount of $250.00
  • Passengers are allowed to bring their CDs, connector cables, USB drivers, and other similar personal items. 
  • Our company does not take responsibility for any possession left behind in the automobile on the completion of the reservation.
  • United Limo holds the reservation to terminate the contract or expel a client or their guest from the vehicle in case of violation of the above-mentioned terms and conditions under any situation. No deposited rental fee will be refunded in such cases.
