Airport Transportation Services Policy:

  1. Waiting Time: Complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes will be provided. Additional charges will apply for each subsequent 15-minute interval. Please note that our company cannot be held responsible for delays or terminations during winter caused by unforeseen circumstances such as road blockages.
  2. Lost Possessions: We do not assume liability for any possessions left behind in our vehicles.
  3. Mechanical Breakdown: Our company is not liable for any mechanical breakdowns of limousines that may occur during transportation or limousine services in Denver. However, we will take responsibility for the time lost due to such inconvenient situations.
  4. Financial Liability: The client assumes complete financial liability for any damage caused to the vehicle throughout the rental period. This includes damages caused by the client, their guests, or any other parties present during the rental.
  5. Sanitation Fee: A sanitation fee of $350.00 will be charged if the vehicle requires extensive cleaning due to exceptional circumstances.
  6. No Smoking Policy: Smoking or the consumption of tobacco products is strictly prohibited within our vehicles.
  7. Passenger Capacity: Vehicles must not exceed their designated passenger capacity. It is imperative to adhere to the specified number of passengers allowed in each vehicle.
  8. Time Allowances: For domestic airport pick-ups, clients are granted 40 minutes to retrieve their luggage and meet the assigned driver. For international flights, this duration is extended to one hour. If additional time is required beyond the allocated 40/60 minutes, it is essential to inform us during the reservation process. Failure to provide such information will result in a reservation being considered a no-show.
  9. Client Availability: Clients should be easily reachable upon arrival. Our company cannot be held responsible if we are unable to contact the client. It is vital to provide accurate flight details and contact information when making a reservation. Any inaccuracies in the provided information will not be our responsibility.
  10. Flight Delay and Cancellation: In the event of a flight delay, our company actively tracks the progress of the client’s flight. We utilize live tracking to determine the arrival time for delayed flights. If there is a delay or if the client misses their flight, it is crucial to inform us immediately to reschedule the reservation. Failure to notify us promptly may result in the reservation being considered a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.
  11. Weather and Road Conditions: Our company does not accept responsibility for trip terminations due to unsafe weather or road conditions. Additionally, inconvenient weather conditions and mechanical breakdowns are beyond our control and are not covered by our liability.

Limousine Rental Agreement

  1. Reservation and Payment: To reserve a vehicle, a major credit card must be used. A signed agreement receipt is required for all reservations. All payments made are non-refundable.
  2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the designated reservation time. If a cancellation is made within less than 72 hours, the full amount will be charged.
  3. Smoking Policy: Smoking cigarettes is strictly prohibited within the vehicle.
  4. Illicit Substances: Any transaction, sale, possession, or consumption of illicit drugs or narcotics by a client or their guests within the vehicle will result in immediate and complete termination of services and the contract. No refunds shall be provided in such cases.
  5. Damage Liability: The client assumes responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests. A minimum sanitation fee of $350 will be charged, which may increase up to $500 depending on the type of damage. This includes, but is not limited to:
  6. Gum, beverage, or wine spillage: Minimum fee of $150.00
  7. Vomiting: Minimum fee of $350.00
  8. Breakage of drinking glasses: Minimum fee of $25.00
  9. Breakage or damage to electronic equipment and lights: Minimum fee of $600.00
  10. Personal Items: Passengers are allowed to bring their personal items such as CDs, connector cables, USB drives, and similar belongings.
  11. Lost Possessions: Our company does not assume responsibility for any possessions left behind in the vehicle after the completion of the reservation.
  12. Termination of Contract: United Limo reserves the right to terminate the contract or expel a client or their guest from the vehicle if any of the mentioned terms and conditions are violated. In such cases, the deposited rental fee will not be refunded.
  13. Late Arrivals and Factors beyond Our Control: Our company cannot be held responsible for late arrivals caused by traffic congestion, unforeseen weather conditions, inconvenient road conditions, acts of nature, mechanical breakdowns, incorrect drop-off and pick-up information provided by the client, or any other similar situation beyond our control.
  14. Enforceability of Contract: If any part of this contract is declared or considered unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the agreement shall remain in effect.
  15. Vehicle Substitution: In the event that United Limo needs to substitute the reserved car, a vehicle of the same or higher category but in a different color will be provided.
